P-Square’s Peter Okoye socializing with Dana Air Boss…Is this Good PR?

Last Sunday night Peter Okoye of superstar twin pop group P-Square threw a surprise birthday bash for his longterm pregnant girlfriend and mother if his son Lola Omotayo at an exclusive spot in Lagos.

While I’m not hear to take anything away from the celebration. One can’t help but notice that among the close family and friends present at the event is the Chief Executive Officer of Dana Air Jacky Hathiramani who was there enjoying the festivities with his wife.

 

Yes the very same Dana Air!  Who can forget the ill fated Dana Abuja to Lagos flight which crashed into a building  minutes from the local airport in Lagos on June 3rd due to dual engine failure, killing all 153 passengers & crew on board plus 6 people on ground. This tragedy is still fresh in our minds, some families only recently (after months of waiting) got to bury their dead…And the MD of Dana Air feels it’s right to party it up with celebrities. Need I remind you that the management of Dana Air made the commercial decision to continue flying a plane that had been reported as faulty on a number of occasions and as a result of this young people, children, fathers, mothers, friends, colleagues are all dead.

With all that said, as a public figure, is it a good look for Peter Okoye to be seen socialising with a man many directly or indirectly hold responsible for the fatal plane crash of June 3rd?

Not a good look. I don talk my own. Happy Birthday Lola.

    epic fail. this disgusts me to my core, that this fool is smiling and drinking away when the lives of so many nigerians was cut short because of something that could have been avoided. i thought they left the country. they don’t even look saddened. as for peter what do u expect, an ibo man will sell his mother for money. all he sees are dollar signs. oloshi the lot of them
