Re-Rock Files: When Did Nike Oshinowo Rock The Lanvin Dress Better?

Style icon Nike Oshinowo Soleye isn’t known for re-rocking baffs, so it’s great to see her re-cycle one of her uber stylish clothes.

The first time the socialite and ex beauty queen this gold Lanvin number was for a magazine shoot with Ovation Magazine back in May 2011. For that cover issue she paired the dazzling knee length creation with Christian Louboutin platforms.

Fast forward 18 months and she has reworked the same dress, this time for the premiere of Rita Dominic’s new movie The Meeting. For this appearance she styled the dress with a belt and chunky traditional beads.

Ok divas…When did she rock it better?

Oh thank goodness she re-rocked. I can now believe the dress is hers. LOL! For someone who wears mostly high end labels and doesn’t re-rock, i really wonder at the size of her wardrobe. Why buy something so expensive to wear just once and never repeat? Except of course she rents and then returns. Trust me it’s done. I prefer the first time she wore it. I don’t like the coral beads and the belt. Her face looks puffy as if she just left her botox beautician!! Now she’s a lady whose Hermes bags are real. She had them way before they became popular. The buyer will not buy her a fake one would he? He! He!!
