After last year's disappointing BlizzCon that blundered with Diablo Immortal, as well as the ongoing debacle surrounding the company's decisions with Hearthstone, it appears that Blizzard might be trying to make reparations. Will this be the year?
Blizzard is reportedly preparing an announcement related to the development of "Diablo 4" and the remastered version of "Diablo 2".
As we get closer and closer to BlizzCon - the huge annual party organized by Blizzard where she announces plans for the year - rumors are starting to become interesting.
Upcoming BlizzCon festivities had something of a cohesive wait compared to years ago, and Blizzard's continued censorship of Twitch fans has done nothing to bring them back to good play. h.
The ad for the book says that it features "over 500 artworks" from Diablo, Diablo II, Diablo III... and Diablo IV.
Could it be? A whisper of Diablo 4?
It's no secret that Blizzard hasn't really been having the best time over the last few weeks, so to suggest that the company needs the upcoming BlizzCon 2019 to go smoothly would be something of an understatement. Fans can't put a mark on anything, though: books and copies are meticulously sifted for errors before it can be officially released.
While we have to accept claims like these with a pinch of salt, a new leak of Art Book supposedly confirms the existence of Diablo 4. Make sure to check out Gamepur for more details when BlizzCon 2019 kicks off on November 1. I think it will be a hard blow, maybe even early next season, based on the fact that the game calls Overwatch 2 and not an extension of OW.
