A couple of hours ago on valentine’s day night Tuface Idibia proposed to longtime girlfriend Annie Macaulay…and she said YES! The magical and surprise proposal took place at Club 10 Victoria Island, Lagos.
Wow…so even though Pero Adeniyi (Baby Mama Number 1) is right now expecting hid 3rd child and due next month, he has proclaimed to everyone now who his heart really belongs to.

Gospel singer Kenny St Brown Sunday night sent out a series of bizarre tweets about Whitney Houston’s death, the tasteless comments she made in light of Whitney’s passing caused many to question her sanity.
The main parallel she drew was that both of them married men with the last name Brown. Essentially she said that Whitney Houston inspired her to marry Eddie Brown…because Whitney married Bobby Brown so they could have the same last name. So in her head they were in laws?! Sounds cookoo. If that’s the reason you married your husband girl no wonder your marriage failed.

Here we go with the never ending soap opera that is the relationship of 9ice & Toni Payne
Last week a couple of blogs reported that 9ice’s ex Toni was expecting their 2nd child together, it seemed a bit preposterous seeing as just last year these two plus Ruggedman were dissing each other on every available media platform.
As these things usually go the “pregnancy rumours” made their way back to daddy 9ice…who took to twitter to slam the story earlier today. See his tweet below
That tweet sounds like it is directed at Toni Payne, like he thinks she is in some way responsible for starting the rumour.
A source tells me that Toni Payne isn’t over 9ice and she’s been trying to get him back (which is perfectly understandable he’s the father of her child). These two like drama so I’m sure this isn’t the last we’ll be hearing of this.
Word on the blog streets is that Paul Okoye one half of P-Square is dating 2010 BBA Allstars housemate Tatiana Durao. Paul & the 30 year old Angolan babe who is also trying to break the music industry are alleged to have been seeing each other on the down low for a few months now.
We keep reading about his twin Peter’s love life..is it Lola Omotayo? Muna? or whatever light skinned/mixed race chick is hot at the time. It’s nice to hear some gossip on Paul…don’t you think? He’s the quiet introspective one, a one woman kinda guy and only does long term so this is definitely serious.
So if he’s happy..I’m happy. We’ll keep our amebo ears firmly in place to find out where this goes.
February they say is the month of L-O-V-E. And from all indications Nollywood star actress Stephanie Okereke will be tying the knot with fiancee Linus Idahosa in the city of love, Paris…the wedding is scheduled to go down in February, date as yet undisclosed.
It appears the super private couple chose Paris because they didn’t want their wedding to become a public spectacle…I guess she learnt from Mercy Johnson’s August 2011 circus of a wedding.

So Naija/Cameroonian singer (???) Dencia made an appearance at one of many Golden Globe after parties in LA Sunday Night. After getting over my initial surprise that she scored an invite to a GG party. I started feeling sorry for poor ole Reprudencia, the girl clearly doesn’t have any real friends if they let her leave home with what looks like a poodle died on her head.
And I guess there’s some truth to Liz Gavy’s accusations of Dencia using skin whitening pills cause the chick is looking WHITE! Chai!

Yetserday there was an online report claiming Mr Oronto Douglas (Special Adviser to President Jonathan on Research, Strategy and Documentations) held a closed door meeting with Nollywood stars Rita Dominic, Segun Arinze, Monalisa Chinda and a few others last friday at the Eko Hotels and suites in Lagos, the alleged meeting was concluded by giving each of them N200,000 in order to support the recent removal of fuel subsidy by the President.
I mean seriously 200k Naira! Who comes up with this s**t…not even 200k dollars!
Anyways Rita was obviously incensed about the story and took to twitter to vent and deny the clams…she started by tweeting

Don’t they make you wanna run off and find your own boo? Especially in these trying times of nationwide strike…one needs something to do to keep one busy in the coming days, if you’re not out protesting. 
Anyways I digress, newly engaged Stephanie Okereke will be tying the knot with Linus sometime this year. After her brief and disastrous marriage to footballer Chikelue IIoenuosi we hope the 2nd is a charm for Stephanie.
Amid worldwide speculation on whether or not she was really pregnant, Beyonce & Jay Z‘s baby is finally here. The baby was said to be delivered via C-section in a private wing of the Lenox Hill Hospital in Upper east side New York last night.
According to The NY Daily News, Beyonce checked in yesterday, under the alias Ingrid Jackson, and rented out the entire fourth floor for $1.3 million dollars. To ensure photos aren’t leaked to the public the hospital’s security cameras were taped and employees were forced to turn in their mobile phones when they arrived to their shifts. (I’d have snuck a 007 type camera in there o…1st pics of the baby will be worth millions of $)
Security outside the hospital was also very tight to ward off any psycho stans who may have wanted to snatch the baby!
