Last month on World AIDS Days, brand executive and founder of Orange Academy Kehinde Bademosi boldly revealed on his Facebook page that he is HIV positive. Many sympathized with him and commended him for owning his HIV status and not letting it affect his life.
Now exactly a month after that revelation he has done something not many other Nigerians have done publicly which is come out as a homosexual man. He disclosed how he told his wife he is gay.

More often than not, people tend to get consumed by everyday hustle and unintentionally forget that they are needed. Needed by the downtrodden. Needed by the unfortunate. Needed by those who have had it rough all their lives; Those with no hope of a better tomorrow.

Ladies Beware! Armed Robbers In Lagos Are Taking Nu-de Photos Of Women & Using It To Blackmail Them Of All Their Cash
Yesterday a friend of mine took to Twitter to share with us something very horrific that happened a few days ago to a lady in Lagos.
The incident happened on Monday Oct 13, 2014 in the Ajah area of Lagos. A woman on her way home after a long day at work got on a bus, unfortunately for her the bus was filled with thieves, who diverted the bus to a deserted road. They ordered her to strip and when she was completely n**ed they took pictures of her!
As if that wasn’t humiliating enough they take the woman to an ATM to rob her of whatever she had in her account, there was no money in her account. So they ask her for her payday, she tells them…
The armed robbers threaten they will release the nude pictures they have taken on the internet if she reports to the police or empties her account on her pay day…
They have her card, they have her details, after humiliating her they are now blackmailing her with the n**ed pictures they took and plan on emptying her account every month.

Jungle Justice is very prevalent in Nigeria & indeed Africa. So many times we have seen innocents killed all in the name of this so called Jungle justice. Case in point The ALUU 4, The young ladies who were stripped & tortured for stealing pepper, and many more similar cases like these, we have seen online.
Yesterday actress Nse Ikpe Etim who celebrated her one year wedding anniversary to Clifford Sule on Valentine’s Day, took to twitter to share her chilling first hand experience with jungle justice in Eastern Nigeria. Read her account after the jump

Funke Akindele’s Flood With Love Campaign is the best I have seen so far. It looks like it is Jenifa not Funke drowning! Her face is like “aye mi ooooo” LOL!
Actually not funny cos this is for a noble cause. Flood With Love is an awareness project to help flood victims in Nigeria. Text Flood to 35388 and give only N100. Let’s pay it forward by helping others.

Remember Nigerian Senator Ahmad Yerima, the former governor of Zamfara state who is 49 years old married a 13 year old Egyptian girl a few years back? [READ SENATOR YERIMA DEFENDS MARRYING A 13 YEAR OLD GIRL]
The Senator (who seems to have an unhealthy attraction to young girls) goes head to head with Nollywood star Stella Damasus on Al Jazeera’s The Stream as they take on the issue of Under age marriage in Nigeria. The episode aired last night on Al Jazeera.
Stella Damasus has been very vocal about her feelings about under age marriage in Nigeria, and has spoken passionately about it, especially in light of the recent hoopla surrounding Section 29, subsection 4b of the Nigerian Constitution.
As someone who married a 14 year old Sen. Yerima is a staunch supported of marrying young girls barely in their teens and Stella was the perfect person to tackle him on this matter as she holds no punches.
