This year the Hennessy Artistry theme song is performed by 3 of the biggest names in the Nigeian music industry – eLDee, Banky W and Tiwa Savage.

Fast rising rapper EFA teams up with Micworx resident Producer, Big Foot. The Waka EP as it has been titled, features 5 tracks, of which no two songs are alike. EFA has been popular for his love themed and inspired rap verses on the Remix of Mo’cheddah’s If You Want Me; DJ Klem’s Try Again as well as his very own (leaked) One More Chance. He has had the opportunity to work with the likes of M.I, DJ Klem, Lami, Beazy, Yemi Sax and host of others.

Releasing what is now their fifth album, there is no doubt P-square has continued to stay relevant in the music industry both at home and overseas; dropping hit after hit and mesmerizing us with their quick footwork on stage and in videos. Their new album The Invasion is a prime example of the saying “if it aint broke why fix it… and then add a little extra to it”. Indeed I added the last bit, but read on and you see why.

P-Sqaure are definitely on some super star parole.

In a recent interview with Vanguard Nigeria newspaper, the most famous twins in the country P-Square who have just released their 5th studio album The Invasion talked about what they describe as the best thing that has happened to them with regards their fame…the ladies.

They talked about signing autographs on female fans’ boobs, touching them & getting panties thrown at them (ahem…I hope they are at least clean..cos one whiff of some dirty underwear can knock a nigguh straight off of stage).

First time I’m hearing of the artist Seyi Shay and can I say I’m majorly impressed! Her lead single Loving Your Way artisticly infuses pidgin & english in a such playful/creative form. Lovely lyrics, vocals and melodious chorus on this + great visuals in the video. Yep, there’s definitely space to embrace this female vocalist in the entertainment industry.
