P-Square and Lagbaja team up for a rare song titled Unlimited. This is the theme song for telecommunication giant Glo. I’m not entirely sure what I was expecting to hear, but the catchy upbeat track is a really good listen.

The inaugural edition of the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards just concluded and the ceremony despite a few hiccups I would say was a fairly successful one. They still have a WHOLE lot to improve on but hopefully with subsequent editions they will perfect the intricate art of putting on an awards show.

The ceremony which went down at the Eko Hotel & Suites tonight was a fashionista’s dream! All manner of fashion, jewellery and hairstyles sashayed across the red carpet and here is your first look at some of them.

So far we have Genevieve Nnaji, Funke Akinde Oloyede, Rita Dominic, Jackie Appiah, Karen Igho, Osas Ighodaro, & a few more Nollywooders

I came across this picture of rapper Lynxxx on Linda Ikeji & immediately went to stalk his Instagram page, where the rapper had posted this picture immediately after his morning workout.

Jesus! Mary!! Joseph!!! Look at that body, look at those arms…yay mogbe!

He is looking all kinds of sexy in this photo & I really would not mind waking up to this every morning.

LADIES, DOES HE GET YOUR VOTE FOR HOTNESS OR NOT?

Except you have been living under a rock deep in the Afghan mountains you probably heard about the epic fail that was The Koko Concert which went down at Eko Atlantic last night/this morning (27th Dec)  in the city of Lagos.

The show brainchild of D’Banj saw performances from Nigerian acts Saeon, Flowssickk, DRB Lasgisdi, Ajebutter 22, Orezi, Omo Akin, Seyi Shay, Dpzzle, Burna Boy, Shank, Dammy Krane, Lynxxx, Ice Prince, and international acts Tinie Tempah, US rappers Pusha T and Big Sean. Technically the show was hosted by British actor Idris Elba but he was so drunk/high that hosting duties fell to backup hosts Basketmouth & Bovi.

Thankfully I didn’t go for the show, but I watched the live stream online, and saw the tweets bashing the concert. Between concert goers long trek to/from the venue and D’Banj’s blatant lack of respect for his fans in non VVIP, it’s safe to say the show was a fail of epic proportions. The only good thing from what I could from where I was sitting is that it was streamed online live, therefore reaching a wider global audience.

Let me give you a hint…across the board they all had Nollywood star actress Genevieve Nnaji in their top 3. I would have thought Omosexy would be up there cos she has that sexy african body and a pretty face to boot but maybe they didn’t go there out of respect cos she’s married.

An exclusive party for the launch of Omotola’s new reality TV show, Omotola: The Real Me went down Wednesday night in Lagos. The party hosted b Africa Magic saw the celebrated actress screen bits of the show which starts airing this month on Africa Magic. Accompanied by her husband of 16 years Captain Ekeinde, Omosexy dazzled in a floor length number.

Also at the event were Rukky Sanda, Uti Nwachukwu, Karen Igho, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Lynxxx, Osas Ighodaro, Deborah Vanessa (Uncle Obama), Toke Makinwa, Tosyn Bucknor, DJ Exclusive, Eku Edewor, IK, Chidynma, and many more of Lagos city’s glitterati.
