Rukky Sanda launched two DVD’s “Lovelorn & The Search” at a private location in Lagos. Her celeb friends like Tonto Dikeh, Paul Okoye (of P-Square)Susan Peters, Uche Jumbo, Karen Igho and Alex Ikubo were on hand to support her  in Lovelorn t-shirts.

I am going to reserve my thoughts on some of these pictures (Karen Igho’s to be exact) because my mother always told me “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all”

…Specifically that she had a nose job. You see a twitter follower on seeing the photos above alluded to the fact that the star must have had some work done on her face. Let’s admit it her nose does look slimmer, but i think it’s down to makeup tricks and weigh loss. Uche didn’t take the plastic surgery accusation lightly though, she blasted her fan with the following words’

Dear clueless one stop talking *shit if I want to do surgery my nose and face will be the last thing I will touch because I am wonderfully made by God. Sincerely uche jombo- R

So there you have it people, the only surgery Mrs Rodriguez has gotten is the corrective eye surgery she had done a few months back

Newly wed & Nollywood star Uche Jumbo Rodriguez was glammed up to her finest in a new fashion shoot for Arrival Magazine. Not sure if it’s the make up or Photoshop but I almost didn’t recognize her. She looked fierce in her strapless ball gown by 27 and she rocks a mean red lip!

The Nigerian Entertainment Awards 2012 are going down right now in New York City!

And guess who was spotted looking so fly?! It’s the latest Nollywood couple…Uche Jumbo and her Puerto Rican hubby  Kenny Rodriguez. The couple who got married in July in a super secret ceremony were making their 1st public appearance EVER at the star studded ceremony which went down at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts, NY.

Hollywood D-Listers Lynn Whitfield, Isiah Washington (Grey’s Anatomy), Morris Chestnut (The Best Man) joined Nollywood and Gollywood’s finest (that is those that didn’t make it to Stephanie Okereke’s Paris Wedding) at the AMAA (African Movie Academy Awards) 2012 which took place yesterday night in Lagos, Nigeria

The fashion on this red carpet na die! Between Uche Jumbo‘s bright yellow pant suit and Ghanian actress Lydia Forson’s ghastly makeup I just couldn’t! But there were some bright spots namely Empress Njamah who looked stunning in her body con dress (didn’t like her shoes though), Eku Edewor, Kate Henshaw, Eku Edewor and Nse Ekpi Etim also looked stunning in their gowns.

And there was Dencia…in her trademark catsuit.

I know Rita Dominic attended but i couldn’t get my hands on any red carpet photos of her.
